These are in excellent condition with no chips or cracks, and only the silver needs a light polishing.  These measure 2 1/4" high, not marked so I am not certain of the maker.  The bases have heavy sterling overlay ribbed design.  Please look closely at my photos for details.  Item 1648 GG
