The Gentle Giant Ralph McQuarrie Concept Art Stormtrooper Bust. A superb bust depicting the great artists concept for the Snowtrooper as seen in the attack on the ice planet Hoth in The Empire Strikes Back. As with Star Wars, McQuarrie drew a series of lithographs, later published as a portfolio and then a book, showing his ideas of how the characters George Lucas created should look. While some didn't make the cut, many more were developed into the final screen creations, both ships and characters. With this Snowtrooper bust, you can see what Ralph drew and a clear line from that to the winterised Stormtroopers that attacked the Rebel base. Two heads are included with the designs of different versions of the helmet, which you use to displayu it with is up to you, and easily changed since they are held on with magnets.

As I said, I already have this bust on display, and while it was tempting to display a second bust with the other head I just don't have the space. So here it is, brand new, undisplayed by either me or the previous owner, (a chap who kept his collection pristine in their boxes. It has been opened however by the previous owner and checked.
