Does have some dirt and dust in places from being in storage.
There are some marks in places as shown in the pictures above.
Fully tested working on the bike and is in good condition.
There are no cracks or breaks in it as shown in the pictures above.
Does no have the bolts that hold the 2 side together as shown in the pictures.
All the mounting points are in good condition and still intact
Does not come with any fixings you will have to use your old ones.
Please look at the picture provided carefully as they will show 
the condition far better than a description can.
