This is a Vintage Aircraft Cockpit Instrument Panel Plate. Made of aluminum. Thick black paint on the front. I am not sure which aircraft this came off of ?? I got this with a mixed lot of WWII era parts. From a local estate. 

Cosmetics-Some chips and paint loss in places. One corner is curved and cut off. Not sure if that was done originally or later ?? Strait otherwise. Good for your collection. See lots of photos of what you are getting.
