Warranties:
Worios Fight Gear have a life time warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, any product which proves to be defective will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Worios Fight Gear guarantees against breakage, joint failure, and corrosion under normal use.
Warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and use of the product beyond their limitations. It also excludes the improper usage of an product in a way that the particular product was designed and intended to be used. Moreover, products damaged in an abusive or accidental manner are also excluded by this warranty.
Delivery / Shipping:
Worios Fight Gear offer free delivery for orders over 250$ to a single address in USA. This free service will not apply if multiple items are purchased and sent to multiple addresses. We also offer very nominal price to the rest of Europe and other origins for low cost post and packing is calculated based on your overall order this ensures you get our absolute best pricing on all our products.
International Buyers – Please Note:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
We won't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws.
Delivery times:
· United States: We aim to dispatch within 1 working day according to Pacific Standard Time(PST) and aim for delivery to you within 2-3 working days from the day you place your order.
Returns Policy:
All items within Product Warranty can be returned for either a refund or for a replacement of the same item or another similar product.
Once you ship returned goods, please note the returned item must be with original packing & Labels.
For all returned packages, full refund will be credited within 1 business days if the package in original packing.
For all returned packages with no quality problems, Worios Fight Gear will deduct the original shipping freight from full refund.
For all packages outside of 30 days return policy, only partial refund will be credited.
