Game is new in box. You can hear the disk moving around inside the box. If you do not want a sealed game with the disk moving in the box DO NOT BUY THIS GAME. The packaging around the game is intact. On the side where the game would open if not sealed - the packing can move but is not broken. Access cannot be gained into the game without breaking the packaging. See photos for condition.

Again - if you do not want a sealed game, with the disk moving around inside the game box- DO BOT BUY THIS GAME. I am not selling this as a possible item to be graded. I have no idea if the game works - it’s sealed.

Cool part is the Best Buy tag with the date on it.
