One 1986 and one 1988 OPC O-Pee-Chee Baseball Unopened Wax Packs from an Authenticated Box (BBCE).

I decided to open up some of my authenticated boxes. Generally speaking, the same card of the same quality from OPC is more valuable than its Topps counterpart due to the lower production of cards for the Canadian market.

Selling from my Personal Collection. I collected from 1974 – 1992. A lot of what I am offering I collected when they were issued. Others I bought from a card store that was closing in the mid 90’s. Some I bought on eBay over the past few years.

Unopened Wax Packs. I would never knowingly sell an opened pack. I am a collector. This is a hobby, not a profession for me.

Guarantee? Honestly no one can guarantee, even the grading services. I have been doing this long enough to have a very good idea on what to look for. Look for heat signatures for a possible re-seal and especially look to see that the manufacturer’s roller marks line up. If you hold a pack of cards at an angle in the light, the roller marks should continue on both sides of the wax.

Why pack-and-a-card? It was 1979. I spent most of my summer buying wax packs with what little money I had. I lived in Atlanta, and I wanted the Dale Murphy card. I never got it. There is a sort of let down when you open a pack of cards and don’t get what you want. I decided to add a card to minimize that.

Return. If you have any doubts, please return the UNOPENED pack for a refund.
