You are purchasing a 1980 Universal You'll Die Laughing (Monster Hall of Fame series) sticker card #4 "The Hunchback." A great card to this classic set.

Overall, I would describe this card as near mint condition. There are NO creases. 

But I am NOT a grader of cards, just an avid fan and collector of vintage non-sports cards!
