This phone runs Windows Phone 7.5. This phone is used, but has no scratches or cracks, and it works like normal. It does not come with the Mirco USB charger. I was just charging the phone. This phone only supports Verizon Wireless, and is not unlocked. The phone is black, and has 8 gigabytes of storage.
