We offer two shipment options to choose from.
- For Italian Customers. Shipment via "Raccomandata Standard"
- For International Customers. Shippement via "International registered mail" ( rate. Registered shipment with relative tracking number and with recipient's signature. Please note that once shipment has left Italian soil, we're no longer responsible for any inconvenience.
Important Note: The delivery time starts from when we have dispatched your order and not from when your order was placed. We usually dispatch all orders within 5 working days. All orders are wrapped very carefully before dispatch. Once your order is posted, you will be noticed via email. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery in case of postal delays.
Return & Refund Policy:
Returns are accepted. 100% Money Back Guarantee. If you wish to return an item after receiving your order, you have 14 days to return your item. After 14 days your order will be assumed satisfactory and claims of shipment errors or requests for returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
Buyer pays the return postage. Complete or partial returned order refund (less the shipping costs) will be made only after receiving back the item/s in clean and good conditions.
