This is a "School Memories" branded, spiral bound yearbook with artwork by Delmar Studios from 1957.

It has a vinyl cover (minor imperfections) and various pre-printed pages throughout for the student to paste pictures of friends and teachers. The back half is blank, presumably for signatures.

From what I've been able to glean while looking this up online, it looks like schools in the 50s would buy this generic design, but have custom pages inserted in the front with pictures of their school and classes. This copy of the yearbook appears to be entirely generic - no pictures or identifying information at all.
