You are looking at a Vintage Cerwin-Vega Model 153whf 15" Woofer with Fresh Surround personally installed by myself (CK of CK SPEAKER REPAIR). This is a early Cerwin Vega component manufactured right here in NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CA. and before they started using RED SURROUNDS, so the surround you see is correct for this model.
