Superb condition as pictured. From my Father's personal collection, he was a White House staffer for many years. VERY rare VP pen from Bush's term under Reagan. These were never sold to the public, only given out to invited VIP guests of the White House. I am a registered APIC member in good standing since the 1980s, all political items are guaranteed authentic.
