If you're looking for evolution phase-in/phase-out transitional collectable gear, then consider this item because this is it - Around 2004/2006, the Army introduced the ACU pattern that became instantly flawed in Iraq and Afghanistan as the urban type pattern didn't offer much cover or concealment for troops in desert/arid lands.  As quickly as the ACU was fielded, Army researchers immediately started looking for alternative uniforms that could replace or improve the ACU in its shortcoming.  Around 2008/2010 the Army started fielding experimental uniforms including the Crye Precision Multicam and the UCP-D in limited numbers.  After research, it was concluded that the Multicam pattern offered better cover and concealment for troops in varying environments.  Around 2013/2015 the Army began adopting the multicam pattern, tweaked it and called it the OCP which is now the current Army standard uniform.  Within 15 short years the Army fielded 3 kinds of uniforms.  As the ACU pattern began phasing out into OCP, it was not uncommon for ACU patterned gears to mix & match with OCP patterned gears during the rollout.  Some Army units transitioned to OCP patterned gears almost immediately, but most had the trickling effect of change that took months to years of change, hence it's what I have for sale, a transitional collectable gear.

The aircrew body armor is size Medium with soft kevlar inserts Without the hard plates.  NO hard Plates included.

No tag/s found in the HGU-56/P to specify its size but I'm guessing it's a size Small.  It could be a size Medium but please do not take my word for it - consider the helmet size Small.

LPU-40/P is WITHOUT the life preserver and it is in as is/as found condition.  Army LPU-40/P's are RARE and hard to find items.

Strobe light works and it blinks the last time I tested it (Oct. 2022), but please note that I will send the strobe light with a depleted battery.

Movie prop magazine is not included in the sale.  It is only there for prop, it is not real and is not included in the sale.

The PRC-90 Survival, I believe, has a contract date of 2003.  I don't have a battery to test it therefore consider it broken and non-serviceable just like the rest of the sale.

The NVG is a replica.  The NVG is not real, only a replica.

Low Profile Battery Pack's wire sheath has some fraying but is nicely covered with electrical tape.

The glasses, mannequin, gloves, flight suit  are not part of the sale.

I do not control shipping costs.  USPS automatically calculates how much shipping cost will be depending on your location.  I will send the package with signature confirmation - No exception.  Package will be sent to the address provided to me by ebay when I print your shipping label, so please make sure you have the correct and current address because what's arriving to you is a very expensive package, and neither you, or me, want the package to go, "Missing."

Package weight is approximately 30lbs +/-  with 15"x22"x16" dimensions.

Last 3 photos are from the internet, they are not mine.  CTTO.
