How to use?
It is recommended to take Immunocal in the morning, 20-30 minutes before your first meal. Mix the contents of the powdered sachet with water or other beverage. Pour a small amount of the drink (30 ml) into a tightly closing container, add the contents of the sachet, close the lid and mix. Then fill up with water or juice and drink immediately after preparation.
Immunocal can be taken at any time of the day. It is important not to take it immediately after a meal, especially not after eating protein. This is because the body's ability to absorb proteins is limited.
A serving of 10g per day (1 sachet) is recommended for young people who are concerned about health and prevention.
For people over 45 years of age, in immunodeficiency or intensive sports, 2-3 sachets per day are recommended.
