Pre-owned condition. Came from a huge collection of lighters.
Appears unused. Shows wear/age. Scratches, wear to the wrap. It also has tear.
Still very displayable.
May need flint, wick and fuel/fluid/butane. Does not strike.
I believe this is from the 1940's-1960's.
