The King Penguin wears a green & red hearts vest, red bowtie, and a top hat with plaid trim. He is carrying a candy cane. This piece is cast resin or composite and was made in the Philippines in the 1980s.
Measures approx 7 inches tall and the base measures 4 1/2 x 3 inches.
