5. Once the payment is made, your order will be shipped within the same or next business day under normal circumstances.
6. For some countries, it takes a long time for customs clearance. We are unable to take any responsibility for any customs delay. Please cooperate with customs clearance in time. 
7. FedEx, UPS and DHL do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
8. Economy shipping - (comes with tracking number.Normally,takes 2-8 weeks to deliver ) .

2. ANY installations of parts & accessories on the interior/exterior of your vehicle are recommended to be done by any of your local Qualified car parts experts/individuals ONLY ! This is to ensure proper handling during & after installation of the parts & accessories that may cause some mishandling that leads to damages/faulties, we will not responsible to any unwarranted misuse/abuse by the customer.
3. Product specifications and contents subject to change without prior notice, actual product may differ slightly from picture shown if the product was updated. 
4.The following is not in Warranty:
1)If damaged is caused by:Undue wear and tear,dirt,misused,improper installation or operation,neglect,accident.
2)If the item was opende,removed any parts of the item or repaired by unauthorized people.

Return policy
1. We check all items before sending out. All products are brand new, never been used or refurbished.
if for any reason you wish to return the item, contact us and we will give you a full refund. 
2. Please contact us , if you have any technical problem during installation.It's really our pleasure to support you. Most of the problem is only the misuse and misunderstand how to use,please check carefully before sending the items back as we won't bear for all the shipping cost if we found the product is not defected as you described.
3. Broken items: If you received a broken item or missing item, please kindly keep all the package materieal, take pictures and send 
to us within 7 days. We only accept cases reported and provided pictures to us within 7 days. We will help you claim damage or lost 
from courier company. However, the courier company will take about 14-28 days to investigate the case (Economy shipping will take 3 months to investigate the case). Please wait for the result.
