TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Refund or replacement request is available within 30 days after placing the order & returning the item as the same condition as received.
• Please contact us to request a return authorization. Your name, auction number, and reason for return should be included in the email.

SHIPPING TERMS

• Shipping amount listed is valid for the contiguous 48 states only. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, Canada, etc. areas need to contact us via email for shipping quotes.
• Most items will be shipped within 24 hours Monday thru Friday after receiving payment.
• We ship to confirmed PayPal addresses only. Please make sure your address in PayPal is your correct shipping address before you pay.
• Please indicate your personal requirement, such as color, packages, value of declaration etc., at eBay’s message when you pay to us.
• Items at or over $99.99 will be shipped with signature confirmation. Please make sure the package can be signed for before you bid on the item or contact us prior to bidding so we can arrange alternative shipping.
• If your product has been damaged in shipment, you MUST also contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Our customer service representatives will guide you through a return and replacement following contact. If you fail to file a damage claim within 48 hours of delivery to your shipping address the shipping company and ShowcaseHondaParts may not be liable due to customer negligence of notification on the damage or loss of the shipment.
• Losses must be reported no longer than 7 days past the estimated time of shipment delivery by the carrier. You are emailed the day the shipment is sent with the tracking number. If the shipment does not arrive near the estimated time of shipping delivery please contact us within 7 days of this estimated time. Estimated times are provided by the shipping carrier. We do not guarantee estimated delivery times as this is a service solely provided by the shipping carrier.

RETURN POLICY

Within 30 business days of placing your order you may return any core or wrong part(s). No returns will be accepted after 30 business days. All parts must be in their original condition, not used or “tried”, and cannot be disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation. All parts must also be returned with all of the original packaging. All official Honda boxes, bags, etc. must be returned with the item. It must be in new resalable condition. We are not responsible for installation errors. We are not responsible for any labor expenses, towing expenses, lodging expenses or rental car expenses that occur as the result of the installation of any wrong or defective parts. There are no refunds on shipping / handling charges. If you want us to generate a return shipping label for you, the price of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

There are NO returns on airbags, inflators, pretensioners, seatbelts, ecm's, pdm's, bcm's, ipdm's or any installed electrical component.
