Rising to 1500 meters above sea level, surrounded by
mild temperatures and ideal humidity, our crops have
the privilege of growing in the most perfect atmospheric
conditions suitable for the cultivation of the highest
quality beans. Café Pamplona harvests the coffee
cherries by hand, carefully selecting them for optimal
ripeness. The beans are then medium roasted,
producing a well-balanced, fruity yet subtly nutty flavor
profile, with a medium acidity level.
