This is a large proof coin in its original plastic casing which reads:
Statue of Liberty
Lighting the Path to Freedom for 125 Years

It has a depiction of Liberty on the reverse with a little gemstone where her torch flame should be.

Since this is a proof coin, I did not take it out of its plastic case to photograph so I'm assuming any scuffs and scratches visible in the photos are on the plastic, not the actual coin itself.

It measures approx. 40mm in diameter (excluding the case).

This commemorative coin is in a capsule and there is NO paperwork with it or an outer box, just as you see it in my photographs.

My stock ref : in coin box #Z.

I see Royal Mail have MILLIONS of un - processed international packages waiting to be processed for their onward journey in Milton Keynes. From my post office that is only just over 3 and half hours away. It has taken them over a month to process tracking from when I sent items to there and they have been there a month now as well. Still not carrying on to their international destinations which is SHOCKING to say the least. Most buyers will have been refunded now by ebay and millions of ebay sellers are in the same boat being fobbed off by their " cyber attack story NONSENSE " and we are dealing with the back log as fast as possible. That is what happens when you go on strike and do not process items every day like you are supposed to at the busiest time of year. Clearly all this was to the ever increasing downfall of what was once a great British company of Royal Mail. They are loosing £ millions of pounds per day from lost revenue and have LOST millions of customers in 3 months. RM have a guaranteed service - guaranteed to disappoint !!

Global shipping program delivers the majority of items but it has some archaic rules and regs regarding what it deems as RESTRICTED items. Seems they do not trust their own delivery people to deliver certain antiques, coins, jewellery, mother of pearl or meerschaum pipes. Common Sense should prevail but of course that is TOO easy.

To see ALL my other 6000+ items for sale: please click on the VISIT SHOP or click "see other items", strangely both only have a limited view of what I have to offer on each platform so to see everything click on Shop by Category which will give you a much better view.

Scale is usually an English 1 penny coin which is 20mm in diameter which is just short of 7/8ths of an inch in diameter, or a universal Coke can, and we all know how big those are.

If you see A/F = a/f in the title or description it means "as found" condition which may have scuffs, scratches and damage. In relation to all my listings it does not mean " about fine ". I have used A/F  for " as found " for 45 years.
