Return/Exchange Policy
Eligible items may be returned for refunds/exchanges. Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the item. We will not accept any returns after 30 days.
Returned items must be in its original condition and product tags still attached. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. We recommend shipping packages back with a tracking number, lost packages without proof of receipt will not be given return credit.
* Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee of up to 50% will be assessed on returns that are used or damaged.
