The hard drive has been Removed from a working machine, wiped, tested and is fully functional with Genuine Windows Installed (windows version as detailed on the product title and specification section of this listing)

How to Install the Hard Drive

Install the disk in the laptop, turn it on, and install the latest drivers for your hardware, they will be downloaded automatically.

In newer models released after 2014, you might need to access the BIOS and switch Secure Boot to Legacy/CSM Boot. It only takes a few minutes and is simple. (There are numerous videos on YouTube that will demonstrate how to accomplish it. Simply type "allow legacy boot" into a search engine to find it.)

1. The Hard drives work in Legacy Mode

2. The hard drives are made MBR

3. Before purchasing our hard drive, please ensure that your computer is compatible with the Windows version listed on the title and specifiation section of this listing .
