Walking Liberty Half Dollar Watch Leather Band.

Half dollar is two-tone not sure if genuine or not but the one on the back looks like the real deal. Also, not sure if this coin was split in half or how the watch was made? I replaced the battery and it runs great and has a genuine leather band.
