Japanese Lanterns Porcelain Hand-Painted Bowl.

This Japanese porcelain small bowl does not have a maker's mark, so I am unsure of it's manufacturer or manufacture date.
It features a repeat hand-painted pattern of lanterns, navy blue flowers with green leaves and burnt orange outlines. The top edge also painted the burnt orange with tiny brown lines details. The base has the burnt orange with a stripe of gold. The base is not smooth, but rather a scallop...very different. The body of the bowl is also slightly scalloped.

Condition: Good; no crazing, chips, cracks, or scratches; colors are vibrant and clear; slight scuffing along top edge due to normal use
Diameter: 3"

All the plates are from my mother's collection. Looking to find them all good homes.
