I had no intentions of making a shark
tooth pendant until I inadvertently stumbled upon the most magnificent
specimen that I have ever seen. The ancient tooth was in absolutely
pristine condition and an unheard of, three cupids on either side of the
main point, that's seven flesh ripping points on one tooth. The
fossilized tooth is from a prehistoric sand shark, 60,000,000 + years
old. That was before the giant megalodon even got started. I carefully
set a bail onto it, cast it in solid silicon bronze then oxidized and
burnished the tooth and the finished result is spectacular. The tooth
cast perfectly and every minute detail came out better than expected. At
1" long and 3/4" wide, even the size is perfect. It comes on a 18" burnished bronze chain.
