Accidental damage is not covered and all damages caused by the end-user will void the warranty.  Warranty does not cover any software that we didn't install and unauthorized repair/upgrades. 
We offer a free return for up to 30 days on our all products with 100% money back guaranteed. If needed, we provide free replacement on our all products within the first 30 days of arrival.  Item returned for replacement or refund must be accompanied properly packed with the original item.
