Terms and conditions

 

New tyres

1.     We comply with the current distance selling allowing returns up to 30 days after purchase.

2.     This is only applicable to NEW tyres and NOT part worn tyres.

3.     To be eligible for return the tyres must NOT have been fitted to a rim/vehicle and not have been used or damaged in any way, and be as despatched i.e., brand new with all labels etc attached. 

4.     We do not accept responsibility for damage during fitting-please ensure that your tyres are fitted by a qualified professional tyre fitter.

5.     Any faulty tyre will be returned to the manufacturer for investigation. Their decision is final and may take up to 12 weeks.

6.     All returns must be authorised by A H Tyre Distribution Ltd and have been issued with a returns number.

7.     All refunds will be subject to deductions for carriage costs (at cost to us) and a restocking fee of £10 per tyre.

8.     Should new tyres listed on our sites go out of stock, we will advise you of the expected date that they will be back in stock. At that point should you wish to cancel your order then there will be no charge,

9.     Any new tyre found by the manufacturer to be faulty will be refunded in full by the original method.

 

 

PART WORN TYRES

 

1.     All part worn tyres are subject to visual inspection and pressure test prior to listing, following which they are treated with a protective tyre shine and wrapped for dispatch. Occasionally the wrap may adhere to the tyre, this is in no way harmful and will rub off with use.

2.     We do not accept returns under any circumstances on part worn tyres. In the event of an order placed in error-i.e., wrong size ordered it may be possible at our discretion to cancel the order if it has not been dispatched. All orders are final once dispatched.

 

General

1.     Our carrier will notify you of the date and estimated delivery time, please contact them directly to rearrange your delivery should you be out.

2.     Deliveries that are refused and returned to us by the carrier will be charged a restocking fee of £10 and carriage costs as charged by the carrier. This will be deducted from any refund. 

3.       All tyres must be fitted by a professional and qualified tyre fitter. No responsibility is accepted for any loss, death or injury caused by incorrect fitting or fitting by an unqualified person.
