Bachmann Railroad Buildings and Traffic Lights 2040 HO Scale Rare New Open Box.

I have this as new open box because as you can see from the photos, everything is still unpunched in it’s original plastic bags, I doubt you’ll find a box in better shape. It’s , It doesn’t look as old as it actually is. The only downfall is there’s a little bit of a must smell. I picked it up in estate sale and I’m assuming it sat in their basement for Years and years. Thanks for looking :-)
