Vtg Rosbro Rosen Plastic Halloween Cat On Wheels Pull Toy, Collectible, USA, 6" Tall.  Orange and Black cat on green and yellow wheels.  I think he's rare, I have not seen another one with wheels.  Rolls perfectly, wheels in tact, green base in tact, one metal rod got slightly bent somewhere along it's lifetime, made in 1950's.  A collector or careful person would know if/how it can be straightened, does not affect rolling.  Thanks for looking, and please take a look at my other items.  Will combine shipping.
