We post to the UK and throughout the world using a Royal Mail Tracked Service. All items are shipped the same working day if payment is completed before 10am.All payments completed after 10am are posted the next working day. We also offer a Next Day Service to all our UK Customers (Payment must be cleared by 11am to ensure Next Day delivery)

As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. If you miss a delivery you will be left a calling card with instructions of how to collect your order or rearrange delivery. Royal Mail holds parcels for 2 – 3 weeks for re-arrangement or collection. If it is not collected within 3 weeks, Then Royal Mail sends it back to us.
