Please Note: Regardless of the total water volume run through the cartridge, BWT recommends replacing your filter after a maximum of 12 months of use. The Bestmax Premium M has an average capacity of 10,000 liters.

Please ensure you include a buzzer code that the courier can use if your request is to ship to an apartment or condominium. I cannot be responsible for any incorrect or undeliverable addresses. Please also note, I cannot ship to PO Boxes. Valid ship addresses only.
All orders are usually shipped within the same day or next business day of shipment. You will receive tracking information within the auction posted once the item is processed. I use only recognizable courier services.
Payment:
After winning the auction, an email with checkout procedure will be sent to your eBay registered email address. All payments must go through eBay. Payments are expected after the auction is closed. Bidding on multiple auctions based on my listings? Simply wait until all of the auctions have ended, and request a total. I will send you a combined invoice.
Sales Tax: I am required by law to collect sales tax in multiple Provences/States.
