This is a nice vintage sterling silver charm that is in the shape of a wheeled cart and is moveable with the wheels spinning. Charming!

Condition: Good vintage - I have only lightly buffed, you may wish to polish more - this charm was originally rhodium plated over the sterling to keep it from tarnishing and there is quite a bit of wear to the plating
