This Christmas greeting card dates, I think to the late 1800s or very early 1900s.   It has an image of what appear to be a travelling musician couple - he has a violin case and she has some rolled papers which I assume are music, in the snow.   The publisher is not credited.  Written names on the inside and on the rear panel.  The card measures 8.8cm x 11.8cm when folded and opens out to about double the depth.  No envelope.

The card is in a very good condition.  General edge, fold end and corner rubs, rubbing and light browning along folds, very small split at right hand end of top fold, tiny creases at left hand end of top fold and right hand end of bottom fold, some light brown speckling and the odd tiny mark to background of front panel, light browning and a little very light brown spotting to bottom panel, light bend, light grubbiness, light brown speckling and some very small and tiny marks to rear panel,  the odd tiny mark to inside of card, the odd tiny bump to edges.  Please check scans carefully as they help with the condition too.

Please note that because of packaging laws in Germany and France requiring businesses to pay a subscription, I do not currently send items to these countries. If you are based in Germany or France please do not purchase unless you have an address outside those countries to which the item can be sent.

Please note surface mail or first class inland mail options are always available, please ask for a quote. I always refund any excess postage charges.

I try to be accurate with my descriptions but if you have any questions please contact me. Take a look at my other auctions and ebay shop items for more collectables.
