1998 Elmo Riding on Jet Ski 8" Wind-Up Vintage

Winds up and works. Elmo shakes like he is bouncing on the waves lol

In good used condition. Does have scratches on bottom. Normal wear you would expect from a toy that had been played with.

Colors are still bright. No detectable breaks, chips, or damage other than the above mentioned.
