Items will be shipped as soon as clearance of payment has been received. We normally ship within the day depending on what time your order comes in. Otherwise, we ship the following day. Please do note the weekends are not included. Your item will be safely and securely packaged.

RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day Return Policy.

Please do note that we cannot accept returns for opened items, unless defective. If such is the case, we will try all we can to replace the item with an identical item in working condition. All items must be returned in the same condition as delivered. All items are brand new, sealed in Original Packaging unless otherwise stated in the auction. Buyer pays return shipping. Also, only the sale price of the item will be refunded, and 20% restocking fees will be a charge. All shipping costs, associated with the sale if any, are not included.

Used Condition - Item may show signs of previous use. Retail packaging is not included. Headset ONLY! No wires, adapters or dongles included.
