Shipping :

All orders placed and paid for before 1pm (Monday to Friday) will be posted the same business working day or within 24 hours of the order being received. Orders placed over the weekend or any bank holiday will be posted out the next business working day.

PLEASE NOTE:

During busy periods such as the Christmas and lead us to Christmas delivery times may vary and may extend past the delivery time so we please ask that you take this into consideration and be patient.

Orders being posted via a Standard/Tracked 48-hour courier service will take between 2 to 5 business working days to be delivered. This does not include bank holidays or weekends so please take this into consideration when placing your order.

Returns :

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the goods for a refund or replacement but we ask that you contact us first before opening a returns case so that we can look into the issue and provide the necessary resolution. A refund would be issue only when the item has been returned and inspected. If the goods returned are not in the same condition any necessary deductions will be made in line with eBay’s return and refund policy.

All returns must be made within 30 days of the order being delivered, as any returns made after this time may mean that you are subject to cover the cost of return or may no longer be covered by us or eBay.
