Payment:
We accept payment
via PayPal only.
We only ship item to
your PayPal verified address.
All major credit
cards are accepted through our secure payment processor PayPal.
If you have bought
multiple items from us, you can send us one payment for all the items instead
of paying for them individually. When you click the Pay Now button, eBay will
automatically determine if there are other items you have won or purchased from
me and will combine them for your review.
Duty
and Taxes:
Import duties and taxes (of buyer’s country) are not included in the
item price or shipping charges. The duties and taxes in buyer’s
country are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s
customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
Shipment:
We ship the goods
commonly within 3-5 business days (depend on different listings) after your
payment has been received.
Shipping time
commonly need about 10 to 15 business days for most countries like U.K., USA ,
Canada, Australia, Switzerland, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan etc.
For some countries
like Russia, Brazil, Hungary, Kazakhstan, etc. whose Customs has very strict
policy, the shipping time will be rather long, usually about 20 to 35 business
days or sometimes even longer, depend on shipping
conditions and Customs operation speed.
Returns:
If your order has
been received and it is not what you ordered, or if your item has a
manufacturer defect, please contact us within 14 days after your receipt of the
goods. Please kindly provide relevant photos and videos for checking and
approval. After approval, please send us the items back and we will send you a
replacement or refund you your money 100%.
Any subjective reason
of return from buyer such as: "wrong buy", "don't need it any
more" etc, we are also accepted, however the buyer should be responsible
for all the related fees such as return shipping cost and the original shipping
cost covered by seller and eBay fees. We do not have responsibility to response
on item lost during returning. Please contact us within 14 days after your
receipt of the goods.
