For sale is issue #21 of Marvel Comics UK, OVERKILL, cover dated 29th January 1993. 

OVERKILL was an initially fortnightly anthology title published by Marvel UK from 24th April 1992 to 24th August 1994 (52 issues in total), although it became a monthly for the last part of its run (beginning with #43). It was published concurrently with Marvel UK's 1990s line of American format comics (including titles including Knights of Pendragon, Warheads, Dark Angel, Digitek and Motormouth) and was essentially the outlet for these stories in Britain's high streets, while the individual comics were sold in comics speciality shops both in the UK and America.
