- MA5332 is a highly integrated multi-chip module, MA5332MS also provides over-current, over-temperature and under-voltage protection circuits with self-reset function. This kind of protection circuit based on the system-on-chip does not need to use external components to design the protection circuit, which can save time. In addition, a new internal logic control method to control soft-start operation further reduces click noise. Thanks to functional improvements, the MA5332MS reduces BOM (Bill of Materials) costs and cooling requirements, bringing more space to industrial designs, and achieving excellent efficiency and low output distortion.

- Housed in a 42-pin QFN package, the MA5332MS measures 7mm x 7mm and integrates a dual-channel PWM controller, high-voltage gate driver, and four low on-resistance (RDS(ON)) MOSFETs in a small package. Due to the extremely low on-resistance (typical value: 24.4m ohm) of the output stage of a Class D audio amplifier, the MA5332MS can deliver 2 x 100 W of constant power to a 4ohm load without a heat sink; when using a small 8°C/W heat sink, it can provide 2 x 200W of constant power for a 4ohm load. Compared with other single-chip solutions, the size is greatly reduced. The MA5332MS is available with differential or single-ended input and multiple output configuration options - single-ended (2xSE), bridge-tied load (BTL) and single-ended in parallel (PSE), and supports dual or single power supply. Replacing the BTL structure with the SE structure can reduce the bus capacitor and output a low-pass filter.
