Tarnow Poland Lead Leaded Clear Glass Crystal Vase Open Fish Mouth Top Design.  Beautiful vase.  Very heavy leaded crystal.  Stands about 7.5" tall, and about 4.5" in diameter.  Perfect condition with no chips, or cracks.  Weighs just over 3 lbs. 4 oz.  Very nice piece!!
