Please read the item description carefully. I try to be as accurate and informative as possible about the item in my adverts. I am not here to rip anyone off or waste anybody’s time, mine included. The items listed will be a good working order unless otherwise stated as spare or repairs. With many items I have multiple quantities for sale / auction. If you check the SKU details, I will mark these items with [MULTI] with these items you will have to accept that the photo used will be for illustration purposes only. The item you receive will be in the same condition as the one in the picture. The items may have some signs of wear and tear, such as minor scratches or scuffs from previous usage. This will not affect the functioning of the item in any way.

ADDITTIONAL INFORMATION

All branded items will have [OEM] Original Equipment Manufacturer power packs, leads, accessories etc. unless otherwise stated. I will try to include as many accessories as possible with items for sale, such as leads, user guides, upgrade information etc. As you will appreciate all items do not come to me with these items. I also try to include links to manufacture websites, YouTube, firmware upgrades, software, user manuals etc. I try to pack the items in the original packaging where possible.

RETURNS

Will always be accepted for faulty / damaged items in accordance with eBay rules. The buyer must notify me within 48 hours of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return the item must be returned in the same condition as it was received. All items that were sent out must be returned including user manuals, leads CDs etc.  Please ensure that all returns are packaged securely make sure to include your eBay username, item number and reason for return.

DAMAGED ON DELIVERY

You must notify me of any damaged goods within 24 hours of receiving them. If the outer packaging appears damaged, please either refuse the delivery or ensure that the delivery is signed for damaged and unchecked. Can take photos of the parcel as it arrives and email them to me before opening. 

PLEASE REPORT ANY DAMAGES IMMEDIATELY!

CHANGE OF MIND

I am not obliged to take these returns. Please message me if you would like to return an item for this reason. I will see if it can be arranged. To deter these sorts of returns, if authorised I will deduct a 25% restocking/ handling charge from the fee amount. The buyer will also pay returns postage costs. Once the item has been received in the same condition with any accessories etc. I will initiate a PayPal refund.

 POSTAGE / SHIPPING / DELIVERY

I use all the main UK couriers. Economy delivery usually takes 5-7 days. If you require a faster service, please message me with your requirements and I will get back to you with costs. Postage costs may seem high at first glance, this is because Items have to be picked up from my work by the courier which adds to the cost.

*Due to the current global situation e.g., Covid, Ukraine, Fuel costs etc there may be a delay in delivery, for which I apologise in advance if you are affected.
