In case of non-payment from the 4th day we will open a procedure for ONP (non-paying bidder) and from the 7th we will close it with an unpaid item notification and put the product back on sale.

If your package is stranded or in storage, we will notify you and do everything in our power to overcome the problem.

When you receive the product, please test it immediately and inform us if everything is OK and if so, we ask you to release Positive Feedback.

Responsibility
We assume no responsibility for loss of items after the goods have been delivered.

Technical information
The technical information entered is obtained from the information published by the manufacturer of the items included in our catalogue. Therefore, we reserve the right to modify/adapt the technical information of the products in the catalogue, even without any notice.
The images relating to the items are indicative, the characteristics of the delivered objects may be slightly different from the photos presented in the catalogue.

Product Availability
We reserve the right to accept or not the orders that will be placed and in any case until the goods run out.
The items for sale may be temporarily unavailable, in which case Messrs. Customers will be notified by email within a maximum of seven days of receipt of the purchase order. In the event that the ordered item is no longer available, we make use of the right to cancel the request received, re-crediting any amounts paid.

With reference to the provisions of Legislative Decree 196/2003, laying down provisions for the protection of confidentiality in the processing of personal data, we hereby wish to inform you that the personal data you provide, or registrations and/or acquired in the context of our activity, may be processed with or without the use of electronic means, in compliance with the aforementioned legislation, for the institutional purposes of our activity.

Pursuant to article 5 of Legislative Decree 185 of 1999, the customer has the option of withdrawing from the contract/order stipulated on the Internet without any penalty and without the need to give any explanation, in compliance with the following conditions.

The right of withdrawal expires:

For lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents)
Even partial use of the asset and any consumables
The lack of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging
The absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts...)
Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport

In the cases indicated above, we will return the purchased goods to the sender.
Customers who purchase with a VAT number and those who purchase personalized goods cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

In order to exercise this right of withdrawal, within a period of 14 (ten) working days from receipt of the ordered products, the customer must send a registered letter with return receipt to the address indicated below. The Communication may also be sent, within the same term, by telegram, telex and facsimile, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following 48 hours.

The Communication must contain:

the manifestation of willingness to make use of the benefit granted by Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22 May 1999
the indication of the product/s for which you decide to exercise the right of withdrawal
data relating to your bank account (this is to allow the refund of the amount due).

To obtain a refund of the amount, the customer must, at his own expense, return the purchased products to the following address. Payment must be made within 3 working days following that of the declaration of withdrawal.
