Description and Purpose:

Fucus Vesiculosus (Фукус, Bladderwrack) is a type of brown seaweed, growing on the northern part of our continental area in exceptionally pure water. Fucus supplies the body with essential amino acids, vitamins, and polyunsaturated fatty acids it needs to work properly.  Fucus contains 42 micro and macro elements (iodine, potassium, calcium, magnesium, zinc, sulfur, silicon, phosphorus, iron, selenium, barium, etc.), a wide range of vitamins (A, B1, B2, B3, B12, C , D3, E, K, F, H) and fiber, which has a positive effect on improving the health of the body, and your overall look (nails, hair and skin condition).
