We require clearance of funds before an order can be prepared for dispatch. 

Prices displayed include VAT. 

All orders are dispatched within one day of receiving cleared payment. Orders placed by 3pm are usually dispatched the same day (excluding weekends). 

Shipping is free unless otherwise stated.

We rely on Royal Mail to deliver parcels on time and in line with their stated timeframe of 2-3 for Royal Mail 48/ Second Class post. Where this is not the case, Royal Mail advise that parcels can take up to 10 working days from date of posting for the parcel to arrive. 

Where Royal Mail 48 is stated as the delivery method, this includes Royal Mail second class post, both of which have the same delivery timeframe differing only due to size of parcel. 

Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods.

General Terms: Orders are accepted only once payment has cleared. 30 days return. Buyer pays for return postage in line with eBay returns policy. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order at our discretion based on circumstances that do not follow our policies or are out of our control. By purchasing you are confirming you are at least 18 years of age or over. 

Cancellations: Order cancelations can only be accepted up until the item has been packed and dispatched to the courier. If we are unable to complete your request as a result, we will notify you. After this stage your rights to cancel will be deferred to our Returns Policy.

Any information collected during the purchasing process, such as names, addresses, and contact details, is used solely for order fulfilment and customer communication. We do not share, sell, or disclose this information to third parties, except when necessary for order processing (e.g., providing shipping details to a courier). Financial information, including credit card details, is securely handled through eBay's trusted payment systems, and we do not have access to or store such information. Your trust is paramount to us, and we are committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of your personal data in compliance with applicable privacy laws and eBay's policies. Safety Policy: You the buyer confirm on receipt of a purchase that you will use all reasonable precaution in using the products as intended, including following recommended guidelines and instructions included with the products such as information leaflets or on the packaging. Purchases of supplements or self selection medicines should be done so following reasonable consultation with a medical professional and taken as directed. 

For non-medicinal products, we kindly request that returns be in their original, unopened packaging and in a condition suitable for resale. If these criteria are not met, unfortunately, a refund cannot be offered. If you wish to return an eligible product, please notify us within 14 days and send it back to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Upon receiving the returned product and verifying its condition, a refund will be processed. Please allow up to 48 hours for the refund to be processed, feel free to contact us if there are any delays.

For returns initiated at your discretion (not due to faulty, damaged, or incorrect items), return postage costs are your responsibility. Please ensure items are suitable packaged to protect them during postage as we cannot accept responsibility for damages incurred whilst in transit. It is important to note that the cancellation and return rights outlined here for non-medicinal products do not impact a consumer's statutory rights concerning faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misrepresented items.
