General points;

• We are happy to combine postage costs where appropriate, making multiple purchases more cost effective
• Items sent to a delivery address within the United Kingdom will be sent using the delivery method specified by the postage details listed in the item particulars. Special Delivery and Recorded Signed For are available subject to payment of the additional charge. Details available on request
• Unfortunately we cannot guarantee same day dispatch
• Postage costs are non-refundable

What determines the delivery charge?;

• Delivery charges include the overall cost of getting your part from our premises to you. This is not simply the cost of the stamp.
• Other factors include; a recorded delivery charge where specified, suitable packaging as well as handling and transport fees in compliance with eBay's terms and conditions

Missing & delayed items;

• In the unfortunate event that an item is lost during delivery we will assist in any enquiries and claims that are made Royal Mail do not consider any inland item to be missing until 15 days after the expected delivery date and will not investigate any claim made before then. International claims cannot be made until 25 working days after the item was dispatched

Free delivery service;

• Any item despatched via a free delivery service will be sent using an economy service unless otherwise stated
• If the buyer purchases an item in error and requires an alternative to be sent the buyer is liable for the cost of delivering the replacement item. Our free delivery offer only applies to delivery of the first item in these circumstances. The replacement item will only be despatched once the delivery charge has been paid and when the original part has been returned to us in satisfactory condition. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the original item to us

Failed delivery attempts;

• If an item is returned to us due to it not being collected from the delivery company's collection office in time or because of an incorrectly supplied or incomplete address then the buyer will be responsible for any subsequent delivery charges of the same item - even if the item was advertised with free delivery

Overseas buyers;

• Overseas buyers will be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
• Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
• When ordering from Reliaco Vehicle Components Limited, you are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods

• Reliaco Vehicle Components Limited has used all reasonable efforts to inspect the items for sale and create descriptions and photographs that fairly and adequately depict the type, condition and image of the goods at the time of sale
• Reliaco Vehicle Components Limited makes no express or implied warranties or representations regarding the condition or suitability of the goods and to the extent allowed by law, specifically disclaims any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to any warranty of satisfactory quality or fitness for purpose

Card / PayPal Payment;

• We only accept payment via credit / debit card or PayPal for mail order transactions
• Buyers can make instant credit/debit card payments via PayPal without having to open an account with them

Overseas Buyers;

• Reliaco Vehicle Components Limited operate in UK pounds sterling only
• We only accept payment via PayPal from overseas buyers
• PayPal will automatically convert other currencies to UK sterling for you

Other;

• We do not accept payment via cheque, postal order or bank transfer
• We are not a VAT registered business.

At Reliaco Vehicle Components we want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return an item.

Your right to cancel;

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of our items within a period of 30 days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered.

• You must advise us of your intent to cancel via eBay returns process or the eBay messaging system
• Using the eBay label generated through the eBay Returns Process will ensure your return and refund is tracked
• A full refund of the order total will be made via the original payment method within 6 working days of the item return
• You are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance where the reason for return is out of the control of Reliaco Vehicle Components Limited
• Returned items should be well packaged to avoid damage in transit and we recommend the use of a traceable service so that you can confirm when we receive the item. Reliaco Vehicle Components Limited is not responsible for returned items lost in the post, or that arrive in poor condition

Faulty Items;

We offer a standard 30 day warranty period for our used parts and 12 months for new items.

• You must advise us that you are returning an item as soon as it develops a fault via eBay returns process or the eBay messaging system
• Please use the eBay Returns Process which will ensure your return and refund is tracked
• Replacements are subject to stock availability at the time of processing. Where a replacement is not available a refund will be made

What is not covered;

• Accidental damage, faults caused by: improper use, abnormal environmental conditions, overloading, insufficient maintenance, careless operation or handling of the product
• Change or modification of the product in any way
• Repairs or alterations carried out by parties other than Reliaco Vehicle Components Limited or its authorised repair agents
• Faulty installation
• Returned items must be the original item supplied by Reliaco Vehicle Components Limited

Incorrect orders;

If you have received an incorrect product please accept our sincere apologies and let us know as soon as possible via the eBay messaging system

Item Not Received;

Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for items not received unless we are out of stock of that item. Where an item is lost during delivery we will dispatch a replacement product following confirmation from you that you have made some simple checks with your local Royal Mail delivery office.
