Shipping to the Continental United States only.  Most items will ship by USPS, UPS, or FedEx. 

All purchases are shipped within one business day so that we can get your items to you as fast as possible.  If you have a time-sensitive purchase and require expedited shipping please contact us prior to purchasing and we will quote any additional costs and arrange to have your purchase expedited.  Please double-check your shipping address before sending payment. We will only ship to the address you provide through eBay. Per Ebay’s policy we cannot alter or change your address, so please be absolutely sure before ordering. The buyer will be responsible for shipping charges incurred due to the wrong address.  

Returns

How do I return my order? We want you to be completely happy! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will gladly accept returns (excluding lots, swimwear and intimate bottoms, health, beauty and fragrance items, and perishables). Item(s) must be returned in original condition within 30 days with original tags/packaging. If there are any signs of wear, heavy perfumes or smoke we will not process a return. Intimate apparel bottoms including panties and swimwear bottoms are non-returnable. You will receive a full refund for the cost of the merchandise less all shipping costs. 

You can initiate all qualifying returns through your eBay order. If you have questions on how to return an item, please contact our Customer Service team. 

When will I receive a refund? When we receive your package we will process the return within 2 business days. You will receive a refund for the purchase price less all shipping costs. All refunds are processed back to the original form of payment. 

Can I return an item outside of 30 days?--We do not accept returns over 30 days of delivery date. Refer to eBay’s return policy to see if item is eligible for return.

Pictures or Item Questions
