Lady Luck Casino Las Vegas, NV 1921-D Morgan Dollar 90% Silver Coin

It was a common practice for companies to put stickers on coins for advertisements. These were put out for the casino to stockpile silver. When you brought a silver dollar to the cashiers cage they would affix a $3 - $5 (depending on the silver price) sticker to the silver dollar. At a table you could use this as a $4.50 chip. If you won, you where paid in plastic casino chips. If you lost - the casino put your silver dollar straight into their vaults. These are somewhat scarce as most did not leave the casino.
