The Camera will notify you with an alert stating "The Memory Card Speed Is Too Slow". If you get any of these NON Recommended Memory Cards then it might NOT allow you to record videos. To prevent the hassle and waste of time or money on returning other cards, We highly recommend that you use the included 128GB Micro SD card.
When you insert a new card into the machine, please format the card on the Dash Cam before you use it.

You can find the "Format Card" option on the menu of V7 Dash Cam.

The memory card may become damaged or deteriorated after repeated cycles of overwriting,

and this may affect its ability to save video and image files.If this occurs, immediately replace it with a new memory card

Please tear off the surface of the protective film before use and keep the lens clean.

On the 1st and 15th of every month, the machine will remind you to format the memory card. Don't worry that the files will be deleted automatically. If the format is not operated, the files will not be deleted automatically.

1: Q:Does it include the SD card?

A: Yes. For the convenient, we have already installed the 128GB SD card inside the dash cam. Please check the dash cam SD card slot, you can find it.

2.Q: Why can't I view the live video on the APP?

A: The cellular data will cause the live feed not to be viewed. Please disable the "Peztio" cellular data of your cellphone.

Setting→Peztio→Disable the "Cellular Data".

3.Q: Why the APP won't show the real time recording?

A: The APP needs to be connected to the DVR dedicated wireless network to watch videos in real time. Please switch the mobile WiFi network to "HUPEJOS_V7_****", and then enter the APP to view the real-time video.

4.Q: Can't connect WiFi or connect failed?

A: Please remember to authorize the App with the album, location, WLAN & cellulardata and turn off the VPN, security software and anti-virus APP of your mobile phone, otherwise you will not be able to connect to wifi.

5.Q: Why doesn't WiFi connected automatically?

A: Let me explain to you why we set the wifi to need to be connected manually instead of automatically connect the wifi as soon as it is turned on. Since many mobile phones on the market are single-channel mobile phones, the SIM card cannot be used after connecting to WiFi. We are worried that the automatic opening and connection of WiFi will cause some mobile phones to be unable to use 4/5G and miss important information.
