• Can I Use This Converter Box Directly?

No, you need to prepare an antenna (indoor or outdoor). And ensure that the TV tower signal covers the home area.

• Does not pick up any channels even with antenna?

Check whether your indoor or outdoor antenna is in the coverage of the TV tower signal,Visit dtv.gov/maps to confirm available channels in your area.

Note: Always remember re-scan for channels after moving the Antenna.

• Remote does not work at all and cannot control TV?

1. Before using it, install battery,and remote control learning,make sure your old remote is an infrared remote control or it will fail to self-study.

2. If the LED does not flash, it means that the remote control is broken,We will replace the new one for free.

• Not Recording TV Channel to USB Flash drive or HDD?

However, the box’s recording functions are limited to one at a time and can only have no more than 30 scheduled recording jobs saved onto the box’s memory.
